UK Delivery - Free over £45

– All of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail.

We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days after your order has been placed.

– For all orders under £45 and under 500 grams in weight, tracked shipping is a flat rate of £2.99.

– For all orders under £45 and over 500 grams in weight, shipping is a flat rate of £3.99.

We offer tracked UK shipping on all orders over £45.

Europe (outside of the UK & Ireland)

– We deliver to all countries within the EU. Our aim is to deliver your order between 5-7 working days after the order has been placed.

– For all orders under 500 grams tracked shipping is a flat rate of £11.99

– For all orders over 500 grams tracked shipping is a flat rate of £12.99

- For all orders over €90 shipping is free

International Delivery

– Please note Curly Twirly Girl is a UK based company and all prices on the website are based on the current exchange rate to GBP (£).

– Your final order amount will be shown and processed in GBP.

– We offer free tracked express shipping on all orders over £100. We aim to deliver your order between 10-15 working days after the order has been placed.

– For all orders under £100 tracked shipping is a flat rate of £18.

– If you are located outside of the EU you may incur additional customs charges that are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

– We hope that you will be happy with your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

– To start a return, you can contact us at contact@curlytwirlygirl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

– Please feel free to contact us for any return question at contact@curlytwirlygirl.com.

– Please note, we do not accept returns on used products.

– Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Refunds

– Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

– The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

– Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
